I receive a lot of author’s newsletter’s and find them interesting. Many attend book signing events, and others share writing updates. I’m able to see their works in progress, and information on their latest releases. Being an author for some, is a business, and it takes a lot to keep readers engaged. I share a newsletter with two other authors and we offer a unique reading experience. You can sign up here.
Signing up to an author’s newsletter will also give you a library of other books, and they often offer freebies. I get a lot of my good reads this way, both free and paid for. Why not look for your favourite author and sign up, too.
A while ago it occurred to me that as writer, I hadn’t been sharing much, and have been trying to rectify that. rarely.
I regularly write blog posts for Norns Triad Publications and these are the ones I’ve written recently, some of which get reblogged on here.
I have four books in editing with my publisher.
- Play the Game – a romance
- The Sound of Evil – a paranormal crime thriller, and the second book of the Cassidy Newbold Clairvoyant Collection.
- Distant Time – a time travel novella.
- One Christmas- a heart-warming Christmas tale.
I’m also working on the next book in the clairvoyant collection. The Ghost on the Stairs is in its last draft before I pass it for editing.
Short stories are quicker to write and publish and these two are free to download.
In August and September I penned these fun and and quick reads.
There is another in progress called The Seance, and it’s Cassidy Newbold short story, a prequel to The Killer on the Heath. I hope to share that next month.
Meanwhile, these are the books I’ve published that you may like to read. Down by the River is available on iBooks, Kobo Barnes and Noble, as well as Amazon and other stores. The Killer on the Heath is in Kindle Unlimited and The Power of Love on Amazon.
