We all know that walking is a health benefit and we should do more of it. One thing we shouldn’t do is measure against other people. ‘Oh, they do more that I can ever do, so what’s the point?’
Well, the point is that we are all different and that five minute walk can make you feel happy. You don’t have to walk fast, but what you can do is take in your surroundings, breathe the air, and feel glad that you made the effort.
