I saw this in the Norns Triad Book Group and I was able to chat with the author. She said Summer Season at Sandy Coves is the first book of a trilogy, and books two and three are coming out shortly. This is a fun read and told mainly through the viewpoint of Julia, who… Continue reading My Review – Summer Season at Sandy Coves by Michele E. Northwood
I found this on Sahara’s Blog and being the same name and liking historical novels, I downloaded it. Well, it served me right for not reading the description properly. I only read part of it and as it sounded good and mentioned vampires, I was sold! Beautiful Sahara has an illness that is terminal. She… Continue reading My Review – Saving Sahara by Ravyn Wilde
I've reached the final instalment of the series and what a finale. It's been a rollercoaster of a journey into the end of the world where all the adults have died leaving the children in charge. I found the story to be moving, challenging, dark, and simply brilliant. The children from book one have grown… Continue reading My Review – The Day the Earth Turned – Spring by Chantelle Atkins

The Infected was slightly different to the usual apocalyptic books I read. That’s what appealed to me. The premise of the story… Continue reading My Review – The Infected by Jessica Gomez
This is the third book in the series and I had the honour of reading an advanced reader copy. Reuben, Gus, and Chess are all in big trouble in this instalment. If you ever think a Young Adult novel is light reading, you couldn’t be more wrong. I found the story to be dark and… Continue reading My Review of The Day the Earth Turned – Winter by Chantelle Atkins
