Karen’s Chat on Pretty Sunflowers

As I sit in the armchair, this is my view. I think you could describe them as glorious with their vibrant yellow petals.

Did you know they track the sun’s movement? It’s a phenomenon known as heliotropism.

The tallest sunflower ever grown was thirty feet high. A German gardener called Hans-Peter Schiffer holds the record.

Sunflower seeds are often enjoyed as a snack or used for oil production, and are packed with nutrients. They are equally known for their health benefits.

I’ve chosen this book to accompany my post because it has over six thousand ratings and has been described as a phenomenal read.

‘This book draws all the emotions out of you. I went from tears to snorting with laughter. It was both lighthearted and heart breaking, yet it inspires me to live my best life! ” Michelle Cox’
