A Photographic Trip to Pately Bridge.

Pately Bridge is one the many beautiful villages in North Yorkshire. Hubby and I recently visited his sister and brother in law who live in a converted mill.

19th Century Converted Mill in the Niddledale Valley
The River Nidd runs at the back of the building.
We stayed on the first floor with views at the front and overlooking the River Nidd at the rear.
A pub lunch.
The shops lined each side of the high street.
An alleyway between the shops and an old postbox set into the wall with the initials of King George V, from reined from 1910 to 1936.
The gates leading to the grand house of Swinton Park, now a hotel.
