A few facts about tigers you may not know:
- They rely primarily on sound and sight to hunt, rather than smell.
- They mostly hunt alone.
- They can consume more than eighty pounds at one time.
- They give birth between two and four cubs every couple of years.
- In the wild they can live up to twenty five years.
I’ve cross stitched two tigers, one instantly recognisable as a Tigger, from a Winnie the Pooh, and the other, stitched almost twenty years ago.
