As a Gen Xer (1975 baby) and as I navigated many changes in my life, I began scribbling down thoughts and feelings, to try and make sense of it all. I decided to bring it all together and create this little pocket book. Some words are in poetry form and some not. Born from my own experiences, I speak for myself and from the heart, in the hope that my writing might reach out from the pages and help someone feel less alone.
