This is the first book I’ve read by M J Rutter, and it was written exactly in my style. Beautiful prose is what makes a book truly special. I have read some of her short stories before and enjoyed them, but now I can clearly see where her real talent lies.
I rarely read vampire stories. I’m sure I must have at some point, but this is the first romantic one I’ve picked up, and it certainly won’t be the last.
Imagine waking up to discover you are a vampire. That is exactly what happens to Georgina. Her journey is an exciting one for the reader, taking us from dungeons to stunning locations, and from moments of happiness to sheer terror. This book delivers all the adventure and romance you could want.
I would definitely recommend it

When I open my eyes, I know only one thing, I don’t know who I am.
Saul and Dimitri tell me that they are my saviours, but waking up on the cold floor of a dark dungeon suggests otherwise. Destined to spend my life under the cover of night with the men who rescued me, they tell me to discard my old life and embrace my new one.
The problem with that is I don’t remember my old one. With Saul and Dimitri’s help I uncover a past even darker than my future. Their support and devotion as my past is revealed stirs feelings for them both.
But now I must choose; remain with my saviours and risk tearing them apart with the love I have for them both, or leave, and risk being hunted.
