Book Review of Blink Murder by Ali Kinght

Where did I find it: on the charity book table at my local Tesco. I thought it sounded intriguing.

What I liked: the exciting conclusion of the story where everything comes together. The murderer is revealed, but there is a terrifying stand-off and a tense riveting ending.

What I didn’t like: I didn’t feel any kind of connection with the main character, nor any of the others. I was just a bystander watching the events unfold without being connected to them. Some of the situations and clue explanations, I just didn’t get.

Overall: it is a well written and entertaining book, just not to my liking. I think others will thoroughly enjoy it. It’s a good whodunnit, where you are unlikely to guess who did do. It has all the ingredients of a good thriller. But it just wasn’t for me.
