National Cat Day

Let’s celebrate National Cat Day with our feline friends. Whilst writing this I found out that the oldest cat to have ever lived was 38 years old. Imagine that? It’s name was Crème Puff and it died in 2005 having lived in the United States.

We’ve had many cats during the years. The one with the nicest named one was Shanta, a beige short haired cat that we had when I was a child. It didn’t live to any great age though.

These are two of the cats I’ve stitched which I did for friends and similar to their pets. The third is one I drew. I was trying out coloured pencils and it came out quite well.
