Bitter cold January days call for nothing less than a long bath, candles lit, and cup after cup of hot tea to warm you up from the inside out. A hot, steamy cup of tea is perfect for any time of the day. Happy National Hot Tea Month, do yourself a favour and enjoy tea as much as you want this month! We’ll break down for you what kinds of tea are good for your health at certain times of the day in just a minute. You can read more here.
Seeing this article made me think about the many ways you can take tea. Some people like it with a lot of milk, or very weak with just a dip of the teabag. Some like it strong with a drop of milk. Then there is with or without sugar, not to mention lemon tea and the assortment of flavours you get nowadays.
I drink my tea black, and prefer green tea. My nickname in the is asbestos mouth, because I like my drinks very hot, scalding hot. It was one of the reasons I stopped taking milk. I also discovered I like the taste of the tea without it being diluted by something else.
How do you take your tea?

I am a coffee girl, as you can imagine growing up in Yorkshire and not drinking tea I am considered a freak lol

Made with tea leaves in a pot, not too strong, in a bone china mug to keep it hot and a dash of milk.
