January is National Hot Tea Month

Bitter cold January days call for nothing less than a long bath, candles lit, and cup after cup of hot tea to warm you up from the inside out. Seeing this article made me think about the many ways you can take tea. Some people like it with a lot of milk, or very weak with just a dip of the teabag. Some like it strong with a drop of milk. Then there is with or without sugar, not to mention lemon tea and the assortment of flavours you get nowadays.

I drink my tea black, and prefer green tea. My nickname in the is asbestos mouth, because I like my drinks very hot, scalding hot. It was one of the reasons I stopped taking milk. I also discovered I like the taste of the tea without it being diluted by something else.
