This felt like a big book, and it took me a while to get through it. That was because I didn’t just read it, I lived it.
Sarah Jacobson is a new-to-me author, and her writing is quite unique because she pulled me in immediately and never let me go.
I loved Jack. He can be my book boyfriend any time! I became Penny as I followed her story. Their relationship was a slow burn as we got to know them, and it developed into a good, clean and beautifully written romance.
The plot was crazy, with so many pieces to it, and very cleverly put together right until the last page. What a roller-coaster ride!
I loved, loved, loved this story. It is definitely at the top of my favourites list this year.
