I saw this graphic on Facebook by one of the authors taking part. It grabbed me for several reasons:
- All the covers had same theme, and handsome men on the front.
- All of the books are in Kindle Unlimited
- Page length ranged between 88 – 150.
- Prison stories all set in the same place
I’ve really enjoyed reading and reviewing each one. They are all very different from each other. Some even crossed over with their characters.
Because I was crocheting, I had Alexa read them to me. It would be lovely if one day they went onto audiobook.
Although they can be read in any order, I chose to follow the pictures in the graphic. Strangely, Twisted Confinement by Emmaleigh Loader was missing.
All the stories are romantic, unfortunately a lot of them contained erotic. I prefer a more subtle kind of romance. Most had a good story which included thrillers, paranormal, and horror.
As I often do with a books, I don’t read the description until I’ve finished. So as the story unfolded, it’s a surprise and I liked that.
These stories are not to everyone’s taste and there are some you’ll love more than others. I loved concept and the imagination the authors brought to their chosen theme. It was well thought out and conceived.
My favorites were Ink of Deception and Return to Hell.
