I came across My Best Christmas Ever on Facebook. A page I follow had shared it direct from the author.
Elizabeth Hill is a name I had not come across before. As it was a short story at just 18 pages long, it was worth a read.
I had no idea what it was about, as once more I hadn’t read the description. It soon sucked me in as I didn’t expect that to happen in a Christmas story.
It’s dark humour had me sniggering, and the turn of events took me by surprise. A fun short read that took less than an hour to finish.
