It took around twenty minutes to do this while I was watching television. It probably would have been shorter except I got distracted by a programme called Ambulance, where they answered 999 calls. It was fascinating and sad.
I could have taken longer to perfect it, but was aiming for the quick sketch. I see a resemblance to the picture, do you? Previously to that I had been watching a tutorial on the Loomis method of drawing heads. I intended to do something different and seeing a side view is a little more natural. As I liked this photo, it was fine to spend a short time on it.
