This is another short story exclusive to members of JP McLean’s VIP Lounge. It’s the third I’ve received recently, and if you love stories as much as I do, it’s worth signing up. Details are at the bottom.
Boone Park is about elderly people and what it’s like to be in their shoes. It starts with two old guys on a park bench, passing the time of day, then moves on to the care home where the narrator lives.
It’s a nice story, but it’s the twist at the end that makes it feel complete.
