Brief Description – Callie gets a job as a nurse in a prison with the hope of finding out who murdered her brother.

These are individual stories by different authors. As I understand it the writers attended a book fair held at Shrewsbury prison. I love how they gave them the same themed cover, and then added them to Kindle Unlimited.
I’m enjoying these books as they are something different. I love how they all take place in Eastward prison. Best of all I spotted a lovely link to a previous story.
The protagonists in All Day and Night are Callie and Oz. She is a nurse at the prison, and this is where she meets Oz.
The story opens with an introduction to Oz, who is part of a motorbike gang. He murdered another gang member, and I felt this chapter could have been a story in itself as it had a lot more to tell. At this point, I wasn’t sure whether this tale was for me. However, it was a short book, so I continued.
Callie, I felt more akin to. She lived at home with her parents and suffered nightmares about her brother’s death. In order to find out who killed him, she bravely took a job at the prison. Oz was in the infirmary where he had been taken for treatment.
I enjoyed the story more from then. What I particularly liked was Callie meeting prison guard Gemma Hope whom we met in Wrong Place, Right Time, the first book in the series. I thought that was cool.
There are two reasons this ends up with three stars, apart from typos at the start. Callie’s name changed briefly to Fiona and there was no vengeance and justice as mentioned in the blurb. They hadn’t faced anything together because they had only just met. Part one was incomplete.
