Looking back at 2025 & Forward to 2026

In 2025, I released nine books, all novellas. Eight of them were re-releases, and one was a brand new story collection.

When I left my publisher, I had to republish my books under my own name: Time Lines, One Christmas, The Power of Love, The Killer on the Heath, The Séance, and No Ghosts Here.

Over the last few years, I’d been rewriting all the books I had, with the intention of placing them with my publisher. Before they closed, I still had some left to do. Play the Game, The Sound of Evil, The Ghost on the Stairs, and Toxic are now all completed and released, as I became an independent author again.

I’ve also contributed to Ghostly Rites, an anthology that was released in October. Mists of Time was my contribution and is set here on Anglesey.

In 2026, I have several projects to finish, and even a couple of new books to publish.

Spring – the re-release of the novels Joanna’s Journey and Joanna’s Destiny.

Summer – One Summer: An Anglesey Story. It will join One Christmas to form a collection.

Autumn – a rewritten story from a long-unpublished anthology, yet to have a title as I never liked the one it had.

Winter – an alien invasion story that will join the Anglesey collection. Therefore, will probably be called One Spring.

Finally, 2026 will be the year of flash fiction, and my goal is to write fifty-two new pieces. #FictionFriday will become a regular post. Wish me luck!
