Kirsty by Paul White

Brief Description – one beautiful woman, one memorised guy, and a husband. What could go wrong?

Another delightful short story from Paul White and his Bite Sized Reads collection.

When a young man falls for the stunning Kirsty of the title, he will do anything for her. But of course things never quite go as expected.

When you think you know the story, you don’t. It’s clever as the twists are not what I expected. Which, of course, ramped up my interest.

I loved the ending too. So if you fancy a quick read, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Kirsty is stunning and determined, a rising star in the world of fashion, willing to sacrifice anything to achieve her dreams. David, a struggling artist, finds his muse in her, and their relationship flourishes.
But Kirsty’s ambition soon overshadows love, and she leaves David behind, climbing to the top of the fashion world as a runway queen. Heartbroken, David falls into despair and gives up painting.

Years pass, and their lives take unexpected turns. David has now achieved fame and success as an artist.
When he crosses paths with Kirsty once again, he discovers she is no longer the glamorous model he once knew. Instead, she’s trapped in a loveless marriage to a billionaire she despises.

Desperate and broken, Kirsty begs David to kill her husband, offering the promise of a new life together, a life filled with love, children, and freedom in Europe.

David agrees, drawn by the hope of rekindling their past happiness.
But as fate would have it, a chance encounter changes everything, revealing secrets and lies from the past.

Masterfully written with subtlety and suspense, Kirsty will keep you turning page after page, eager to discover what lies ahead.
